Smmsurge.com offers intangible goods and services. We will not refund to your Payment Gateway account. We can only refund to your smmsurge.com account balance — which you can use for your next order. Any kind of refund request to a payment gateway will be denied.

Smmsurge.com offers non-tangible irrevocable goods — we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

No refunds will be made to PayPal. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from smmsurge.com.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes delivered to your or your clients' Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.

Orders placed on smmsurge.com will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your smmsurge.com account if the order is non-deliverable. Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account.

Do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers/likes count in that case and we will not refund for these orders. Please note — most of our services start instantly, except a few services that take 24–48 hours to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support. We are online 18 hours per day to provide you support.

After ordering from our panel, you cannot order for the same link anywhere else. Our software tracking isn't sufficient enough to track data from multiple sources — it only tracks start count and end count. We do not refund in such cases. Even in partial orders, if the count is increased from your end via another panel, you are solely responsible for the same.
